Sound familiar?

The stiffness that used to fade overnight now hangs around for days.

You've tried stretching, rest, and "just pushing through." None of it adds up to a plan.

You want a system, not another thing to search for at midnight.

Salvation gives you a clear, step-by-step way to understand your body and what it needs: how you move, how you recover, how you sleep, how you handle stress. We teach it in plain language, and we connect you with an independent licensed physician who can talk with you about your own situation.

Simple on purpose.

You shouldn't need a medical degree to understand your own body. Here's what happens, and who does what.

Learn

Straightforward education on movement, recovery, sleep and stress.

Talk

A one-on-one conversation with an independent licensed physician who looks at your specific situation.

Decide

Any medical decision is made by the physician, never by Salvation. You stay in charge of what you do next.

Salvation

  • Educates
  • Organizes the program
  • Connects you to the physician
  • Answers questions about the program

Independent physician

  • Evaluates you
  • Makes all medical decisions
  • Prescribes, if and only if he decides it is appropriate
  • Answers your medical questions

Five things your body runs on.

Most people think about their body one symptom at a time. We find it more useful to think in systems.

Select a system to see how it connects to the others.

Independent medical partner

Salvation does not provide medical care. If you choose to go further, an independent licensed physician, Dr. Harper, can discuss your goals and health history with you one-on-one. He decides what, if anything, is appropriate for you.

Talk to the Team

Questions, answered plainly.

Is Salvation a clinic?

No. Salvation is an education and support program. Medical services come from an independent licensed physician.

Do I need to play golf?

No. We started with golfers, and the program is open to anyone.

Can Salvation help me with my weight?

Many people come to Salvation with weight and metabolic health on their mind, and it's a normal part of the conversation. As we get older, our bodies change. Muscle tends to decline gradually, and the body tends to store fat more easily. We explain how that works in plain language. The independent physician can then talk with you about what's going on for you and which options, if any, are appropriate. Salvation doesn't promise a specific result, and no program can.

Is this medical advice?

No. Everything on this site is educational. Talk with a licensed professional about your own situation.

Who makes the medical decisions?

The independent physician, Dr. Harper. Always.

What happens on the first conversation?

We start with your questions. We explain how the program works and what the next step would be.

What does it cost?

We go over details when our team reaches out, so you hear them from a person.

What if I have a condition or take medication?

Tell the physician. This site can't advise you on that.

Where is this available?

Medical services are currently available in Georgia and South Carolina. Join the waitlist if you're elsewhere.

What happens to my information?

We collect your name, email, phone and state so we can contact you. We don't ask for health information here.
